The Ultimate Guide On How To Buy Coffee Beans

If you want to awaken up to the excellent Joe cup in the morning, espresso beans are the right place to start. There will be a slight difference between your cooking skills and your choice of coffee machine if you use low quality beans. This is because of tons of variables - such as acidity, sweetness, etc affects the taste of coffee in the morning affairs. So, whether you order beans online or buy them at your nearest grocery store, here are three things to look for.

Buy them whole

Of course, freshly ground coffee is better than pre-shredded beans, so it makes sense to buy coffee beans whole and shred at home just before brewing.

Don't buy everything at once

Just because you purchase them whole doesn't mean you have to buy them in bulk. If you store them in the freezer, you are not doing yourself a favor.

Look for varieties

Only a few people pay attention to the two main varieties of coffee beans - Robusta and Arabica. From taste to acidity to cost, the two regional varieties offer different experiences. If you're not sure what you like, try both first and then stick to what fits on your palate.

Understand acidity

The acidity of coffee beans is highly dependent on the region in which they grow. The two main things that play high or low acidity are altitude and volcanic soil. Coffee grown in volcanic soil and above will have a higher acidity and may be even more expensive. When buying a coffee bag, look for the date of roasting and if you can't find it, it's better to look for other options. Beans that were roasted weeks ago will have lost flavor, so it's best to buy ones that have been roasted in the last two weeks.

Some people can't stand the sour and sour taste of coffee, so make sure you buy beans that match your taste buds. Why Coffee Is Better Than Tea

Tea and coffee play a crucial role, they are part of the cultural and social fabric of our society. From sharing a cup of tea every night with your family to a date for a blind coffee, it is known that your favorite drinks provide comfort, well-being and much-needed energy boost.

Coffee has more flavors and possibilities

If you’ve ever been to Starbucks, you know that coffee is available in a variety of assortments; the possibilities can feel endless. Tea lovers claim that tea also has several flavors, but do you find as many tea options and varieties as coffee? The answer is no! From espresso to latte to macchiato, you can find dozens of options in every store - be it a local cafe or an international chain.

Latte Art is an exclusive coffee

A cup of tea can be incredibly boring because it always looks the same. How many times have you seen aesthetic shots of a cup of tea in your Instagram stream? We can bet that there is very little answer. Now think about how many times people have placed their pumpkin spice latte or heart-shaped latte art in their stories and records. Truth be told - why coffee is better than tea!

Coffee is widely available

You can count on any cafe near you to serve a good cup of coffee, but can you say the same about tea? Not every restaurant or canteen serves tea except for breakfast. Coffee is available everywhere and at all times.

Coffee makes your workout more productive

If you grab a cup of coffee on the way to the gym, you will burn more calories than those who had tea. There are several benefits to drinking coffee before a workout. This not only improves circulation, but also reduces muscle pain that can occur after a heavy routine.

Stained teeth are more likely to come from tea

Researchers have determined that tea is more likely to cause your tooth stains than coffee. So if you want to keep your bright smile, it's time to change the team.

Coffee is also associated with a healthier and longer life, so it's time to invest in fine Arabic beans and say goodbye to tea. Order quality cocoa online today!

A Guide To Make The Perfect Espresso

The US National Coffee Association has registered espresso consumption, which has reached an all-time high, and it is on its way to the top. This growing popularity has created the need for the perfect espresso to start the day and get rid of the morning blues. However, it is difficult to find the right espresso for you, because each cafe has its own odds, which it follows.

So for most of you, making it at home might be a better choice! And we are here to help you.

     Dosage

It is usually measured in grams and ideally falls between 14 and 24 grams. This wide range is due to the fact that different levels of roasting require different amounts of coffee. For example, darker roasting would require less coffee than lighter roasting to get the same flavor strength. It also depends on the size of your portafilter basket.

     Profitability

The next thing you need to consider is the amount of water to add. Usually, with espresso the recommended ratio of coffee to water is 1: 2. The ideal espresso with 20 grams of dry coffee should have  40 grams of water. More water would weaken the taste and less would give it a very bitter taste, so this is just the right amount to give out the perfect taste.

     Time prepared

The third factor to consider is the brewing time. It varies depending on the color of the roast. A range of 20-35 seconds is usually recommended, just like darker roasts, the flavor is easier to get because they are shallower so we can cook it in about 25 seconds. Each coffee has an ideal sweet place in terms of cooking time. If you cook it for too long, it becomes bitter; leave it too little and the taste will not be enough depth. This phase requires some experimental work, but once a sweet spot is identified, it is much easier to refine.
